Delivery + Shipping Information
We currently ship all across Canada. We bake our brookies the same day that we package them to be shipped to you to ensure freshness. Please allow 1-3 business days to dispatch your order. Shipping times/speeds will vary, subject to the shipping service that is selected at checkout.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Milk + Brookie Bar 7-days a week (holiday hours may apply). Orders selected for local pickup can use code 'LOCALPICKUP' to receive $4 off. All local pickup orders placed with this discount code will be packaged in our bakery boxes.
Allergy Information
All our brookies contain gluten. Some brookies contain nuts. Our brookies may contain or have come in contact with common allergens such as soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, eggs and dairy. Brookie Care After Delivery
All our brookies are baked fresh-to-order to ensure that you receive the freshest brookies.
Local Delivery Brookie Care: Upon receiving your brookies we recommend that you transfer them to an air-tight container and enjoy them within 5 days if you are storing them at room temperature. If you wish to save them for later, they freeze well for up to 3 months in an air-tight container.
Canadian Shipping Brookie Care: To keep your brookies fresh, we use individually heat-sealed packaging. Please store your brookies in a cool, dry place and enjoy within 14 days of the shipping dates
Pro-Tips:
- Store each flavour separately as the flavours can mingle with each other.
- When thawing frozen brookies, transfer them out of the container they were frozen in.
- Do not store brookies in the fridge, as this will dry them out faster.
